REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Because all items are made to order, our products are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or with an error, please contact us at hello@canyonsunset.com. Once your claim is reviewed and accepted, we will reprocess your order or issue a full refund. These are the only circumstances in which refunds or replacements are offered.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.  We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.
