Because all items are made to order, our products are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or with an error, please contact us at hello@canyonsunset.com. Once your claim is reviewed and accepted, we will reprocess your order or issue a full refund. These are the only circumstances in which refunds or replacements are offered.
